Willi's extensive office management experience includes more than 12 years in orthopedics at Denver Orthopedic Specialists (DOS), Denver Spine Center (DSC), and Colorado Comprehensive Spine Institute (CCSI). As Director, Willi schedules surgeries and codes surgical billing.
At DOS as Office Coordinator, Willi oversaw three offices and assisted establishing DSC. At DSC, she created and established office procedures to hire and train personnel.
Willi's special gift is caring for patients' needs, which includes surgical scheduling and insurance approval of procedures. She strives to build trust and caring relationships with all CCSI patients.
In her time away from CCSI, Willi loves to travel and take road trips. She enjoys cooking, baking, entertaining, all kinds of music, and teaching Sunday school to 4-year-olds.
